Wijdeven is a member of various platforms and organisations.
Increasing knowledge/ meeting people/ following training courses/ representing interests etc. We recently became a member of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce (DNHK).
Tier-one, tier-two and tier-three suppliers in the open High-Tech supply chain in The Netherlands have joined forces to create Brainport Industries. Brainport Industries designs, develops and manufactures leading, advanced, precise and intelligent high tech equipment.
Brainport Industries provides a fertile ground and a solid structure for collaborative projects whether they are related to technology, market or people. It’s an environment that provides for a continuing flow of knowledge workers and experts and enables suppliers to increase their output and steadily grow into market leaders.

As an independent knowledge and network organization, Mikrocentrum has been supporting the technical manufacturing industry for over 50 years with Training, Events and Business. Mikrocentrum offers over ± 170 (technical) courses and annually organizes several trade fairs, business events and thematic events. In addition to these activities, they offer companies a membership of the High Tech Platform, which now consists of ± 600 members.
In all the activities, the aim is to increase knowledge, expand networks, improve business processes and to strengthen the competitive position of companies. Mikrocentrum does this by working closely with a large network of industrial organizations, (semi) governments, knowledge and educational institutions.
The DNHK is engaged in establishing business contacts and entering the market in Germany. Together with her customer relations, she finds a suitable strategy for tailor-made positioning. The DNHK mediates in trade contacts and personnel in Germany, draws up employment contracts, advises on company start-ups and supports its clients with payroll accounting and fiscal representation. Companies can also engage if they are already active in the neighboring country

Dutch High Tech Systems (DutchHTS) is the online cross-media technology platform that focuses on sharing knowledge and information concerning the Dutch high-tech industry.
The platform consists of the website DutchHTS.nl, and the High Tech Systems group on several social media platforms. Moreover, the DutchHTS news overview as well as an overview of high-tech vacancies is published on a weekly basis.
The Stichting Adviescentrum Metaal is the counter for knowledge, advice and research in the metal sector. They work for companies, sector organisations and government authorities and provide advice in various fields of expertise, from health & safety to sustainability, and from energy to the environment.

Koninklijke Metaalunie is the largest Dutch employers’ organization for small and medium-sized enterprises active in the metal industry. The more than 14,000 affiliated members offer work to approximately 170,000 employees and jointly represent a turnover of more than 30 billion euros.
Metaalunie employees jointly promote the interests of SMEs in the metal industry AND related sectors. Members will not have dealings with every one of them, but nearly all employees still work directly for the businessperson. Metaalunie is a decisive organization that works effectively and efficiently. Every vote counts. There are 300 regional and national administrative seats and, therefore, the corporate sector has full control. This makes Koninklijke Metaalunie into an organization of and for the true corporate sector.
